Fast, easy family meal alert! My kids like rotisserie chicken so I do my own version at home. After we have enjoyed the chicken I add my veggie scraps I’ve saved in the freezer and add the chicken leftovers to a full pot of water. I let it simmer for 2 hours and then BOOM I’ve got 14 cups of the healthiest chicken broth! Also think of the $$$ I saved, I’ll throw the little containers in the freezer!
